Jeff opened our picnic meeting at Hurricane Shoals Park at 3:05pm.

Sue gave us the treasury report and said we will be paying $350 for next years insurance. Walt will make sure we have the coverage we need.

We talked about the most important shows coming up like MEGMC show at Maggie Valley on Oct 1st, and most important our FOA Moonshine show Oct. 21,22, and 23 in Dawsonville. Then next year our Chili Cook Off open to more people. The Summit Show again will be for Mustangs and all other Fords.

Jeff's last official meeting as president was today.

Our next meeting will be at the Golden Corral in Winder on Oct.18.

Jeff closed the meeting at 3:29 pm.
